The Zillertal Arena ski area covers 167 kilometers of marked runs across the Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Krimml, and Wald-Königsleiten sub-areas, spanning the Tyrol-Salzburg state border. The highest terrain is at 2,500 meters above Gerlos; the north-facing Krimml sector holds snow well into March. Access by train to Zell am Ziller on the Zillertal Railway from Jenbach, or by car via the Gerlos Alpine Road. Check the Zillertal Arena site for current pass prices and opening dates.
