The Pfarrkirche Zum Heiligen Andreas stands on Kitzbuhel’s Kirchhügel (Church Hill), the elevated platform above the old town where the medieval settlement began. The Gothic structure dates from 1435. The terrace gives the best elevated view of Kitzbuhel’s rooftops and the Hahnenkamm slopes. Free entry. Kitzbuhel is 1.5 hours from Innsbruck or Salzburg by train. Combine with the Liebfrauenkirche below and a walk through the old town.
