The former headquarters of the Laenderbank on Am Hof, one of Vienna's oldest medieval squares, converted to a luxury hotel in 2014 with the original bank vault now housing the pool and spa. The main banking hall, with its vaulted ceilings and marble columns, became the Living Room bar.

The Park Hyatt Vienna occupies the former Laenderbank headquarters on Am Hof, one of Vienna’s oldest squares, where the Holy Roman Empire was dissolved in 1806. Opened as a hotel in 2014, it preserved the building’s banking identity: the original vault is now the pool and spa, the main banking hall with its marble columns became the Living Room bar.
