The Molltaler Gletscher is Carinthia's glacier, one of Austria's less-visited ski areas and the region's highest skiing, with access to glacial terrain at over 3,100 meters. The ski area opened in 1986 and connects via cable car from the Fleiss valley near Flattach, in the Möll river valley that leads up to Heiligenblut and the Grossglockner road.

The Molltaler Gletscher is Carinthia’s glacier ski area, located in the Fragant valley near Flattach at the foot of the Hohe Tauern range. The ski area reaches over 3,100 meters and offers year-round skiing possibilities with access via cable car from the Möll valley. Less crowded than the Kitzsteinhorn or Stubai glacier areas, this is the right choice for travelers already in the Heiligenblut or Spittal area.
