The 6 km flat promenade looping Lake Bled takes 90 minutes at a relaxed pace and is the most straightforward way to see the lake from all angles. The south shore and west side are quieter than the hotel-facing north promenade and offer the clearest combined view of island church and cliff-top castle. Free and always accessible. Start early to avoid group tour traffic on the main stretch.
