The Dampfschiff Gisela is a historic paddle steamer operating lake cruises on the Traunsee from Gmunden since 1872, named for Archduchess Gisela, daughter of Emperor Franz Joseph I. It is among the oldest operational steamships in the world. Summer cruises range from a 45-minute Schloss Ort circuit to a 2-hour full lake tour.
