The Brandnertal runs south from Bludenz to the Lünersee, a high-altitude reservoir at 1,970 meters in the Rätikon range. The cable car to the lake operates May-October (around 20 EUR return). The circuit walk around the lake takes about 2 hours. Brand village at the valley head is the main base. Buses run from Bludenz, which is on the main rail line from Feldkirch.
