The Stubaier Gletscher (Stubai Glacier) is Austria's largest glacier ski area, at the head of the Stubai Valley south of Innsbruck, with skiing from October through June and a year-round viewing platform at 3,210 meters on the Schaufelspitze. The 3S Eisgratbahn cable car is one of the most modern glacier lifts in the Alps.

Stubaier Gletscher above the Stubai Valley is Austria’s largest glacier ski area, with skiing from October to June and summer viewing access to the Top of Tyrol platform at 3,210 meters. Bus 590 from Innsbruck reaches the valley station in 40 minutes. Day ski passes approximately EUR 50-60. Check stubaier-gletscher.com for current conditions.
