Stadtpark Graz

The main city park of Graz, laid out in 1869 on the site of former fortification glacis. It stretches from the old town to the university quarter and contains the Forum Stadtpark (an influential contemporary arts space since 1960), a pond, the Kiosk cafe, and century-old plane trees. The park connects the Schlossberg area to the Joanneum Quarter.
