Skiregion Dachstein West covers 135 kilometers of connected piste on the Dachstein massif’s western flank, linking the Gosau, Russbach, and Annaberg valleys in the Salzburg Alps. Gosau is the main access point, about 30 km from Bad Ischl by car. The Gosauseen lakes below are worth combining for a non-ski season visit.
