Seebad Rust

Seebad Rust is the public bathing area in Rust in Burgenland, on the western shore of the Neusiedler See. Rust is the most architecturally intact of the historic wine towns on the Austrian lakeside and is famous both for its white wine and for the stork nests on its chimneys.

Open June to September; check seebadrust.at for hours and admission. Rust is also the historic wine town famous for Ruster Ausbruch sweet wine and one of Central Europe’s largest stork colonies. About 15 km south of Eisenstadt by bus.
