Schleierwasserfall

The Schleierwasserfall near Kirchberg in Tirol falls in a wide curtain that gives it its name (Schleier means veil). Freely accessible year-round; peak flow in spring and early summer. A short, easy walk from the valley floor. Kirchberg is on the rail line between Innsbruck and Wörgl. Useful stop when combining the Kitzbuehel area with a waterfall or family walk.
