The world’s largest collection of Blue Rider paintings, including major works by Kandinsky, Franz Marc, and Gabriele Münter, in a Historicist villa extended by a 2013 Foster + Partners golden wing. The collection exists largely because Münter hid the work during World War II to save it from Nazi “degenerate art” confiscations; she donated it here in 1957. Tuesday to Sunday; EUR 15; U2 Königsplatz.
