Dornbirn’s natural history museum occupies a converted textile factory, a building that reflects the Rhine Valley’s industrial past as directly as the exhibits reflect its natural present. The inatura covers Vorarlberg’s ecology, geology, and the Rhine delta through hands-on stations and interactive displays, making it Vorarlberg’s best family museum. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00; admission EUR 12 adults. Easy to reach by city bus from Dornbirn station. Combine with the Kunsthaus Bregenz, 15 minutes away by train.
