The Damulser Mittagsspitze is a hiking summit at around 1,980 meters above Damüls in the Bregenzerwald (Bregenz Forest) of Vorarlberg, Austria’s westernmost province. It sits within the Damüls-Mellau ski area footprint and is accessible by a 2-3 hour hike from the village, with cable car shortcuts available in season. The Bregenzerwald is quiet in summer compared to better-known Tyrolean destinations, which is the main argument for it. Views from the summit extend to the Arlberg in the east and toward Switzerland and the Rhine valley in the west. Damüls is about 40 km from Bregenz via Egg by car.
