Burgruine Gallenstein
Burgruine Gallenstein sits on a limestone spur above the Enns valley near St. Gallen, with views down the gorge that leads into the Gesäuse. The ruin dates from 1278 and was the seat of the Gallenstein family until it passed to the Counts of Cilli and later the Habsburgs.
