The Bergsteigerfriedhof at Johnsbach 57, in the Gesäuse National Park, holds the graves of climbers who died on the limestone walls of the Hochtor massif above. Dating from 1810 onward, it documents the history of Alpine climbing in one of its most important training areas. Free, open at all hours. Accessible by car from Admont; no public transport to the village. Combine with Admont Abbey nearby.
