The Asitzbahn gondola is the main lift from Leogang village into the Ski Circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, one of Austria’s largest linked ski areas. In summer it is the access point for a World Cup-class mountain bike terrain. Leogang is reachable from Salzburg in about 1 hour by train and bus, or shuttle. Asitzbahn
The Asitzbahn is the main gondola lift rising from Leogang village into the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang ski area, one of the largest interconnected ski circuits in the eastern Alps. The lift opened in 1991 and connects to over 200 kilometers of linked pistes shared with Saalbach, Hinterglemm, and Fieberbrunn.
