Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein

The Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein is the Gastein Valley’s largest thermal spa complex, fed by radon-bearing springs at about 47 degrees Celsius that emerge from granite bedrock. The Kur, or thermal cure tradition, has made the valley a health destination since the 19th century; Bad Hofgastein is the more accessible, family-oriented alternative to dramatic Bad Gastein up the valley.
